Flavor/texture: Smooth Gala-type apple, juicy and crunchy

Uses:  Fresh Eating, Salads, Baking, Cider

Orchard Notes:  This apple ripens slightly ahead of gala but has gold skin.  It stores very well and is less prone to bruising then other golden apples.  If you like gala you will enjoy Blondee.
