Uses:  Fresh Eating, Sauce

Orchard Notes:  Previously known as Co-op 31.  This is a modern disease-resistant variety was developed by Universities of Prudue, Rutgers, and Illinois.  This apple stores fairly well and is one of the darkest red apples we grow.
