Flavor/texture:  Firm, white flesh, Tart-sweet, early McIntosh type but firmer

Uses:  Fresh Eating, Sauce, Pies, Baking

Orchard Notes:  A summer apples that gives us a hint of the fall McIntosh.  It has great resistance to scab and fire blight.
